Dues Payments: Terms & Conditions

Dues Rates 

  • Dues rates are subject to change each year and are approved by the MassCPAs Board of Directors.
  • Members enrolled in auto-renewal will be notified of the new dues rate 30 days prior to being charged.

Annual Payment 

  • Member agrees to pay their billed dues amount in one payment.
  • If opted in to auto-renewal, member agrees to automatically be charged for the following membership year’s annual dues on May 1.
  • Members enrolled in auto-renewal will be notified 30 days prior to May 1 that their annual dues will be charged to their account on May 1.
  • Membership dues are non-refundable.

Flex Payment Plan 

  • Member agrees to pay for the full annual dues balance, spread out over the remaining months in the membership year.
  • Member agrees to enroll in auto-renewal. The member will be automatically charged for the following membership year’s annual dues and will be automatically enrolled in monthly payments for that membership year, beginning May 1, until the member updates their payment type or resigns their membership.
  • Members will be notified 30 days prior to May 1 that monthly payments will begin for the following membership year on May 1.
  • Any payments made prior to the member’s resignation are non-refundable.

Credit Cards 

  • All credit card information is encrypted, and no longer visible once entered into our site.
  • MassCPAs reserves the right to terminate membership for the non-payment of membership dues. The member is responsible for updating their payment information in the event their card is declined or expired.

Changes/Cancellations 

  • MassCPAs’ membership year runs from May 1 to April 30.
  • Members enrolled in auto-renewal, who would like to opt out of auto-renewal, must make the update on their account page or submit their request to acurtis@masscpas.org 14 days prior to May 1 to be opted out for the new membership year.
  • Members enrolled in auto-renewal, who have decided to terminate their memberships, must submit their intention to resign (email acceptable) to acurtis@masscpas.org 14 days prior to May 1 to be removed from auto pay for the new membership year.

Refunds

Membership dues and administrative fees are non-refundable.
