Accounting Pipeline Initiatives

The mission of MassCPAs' Accounting Pipeline Initiatives Committee (previously the Accounting Career and Development Committee) is to enhance relations among the accounting profession, accounting educators, practitioners and students; to assist accounting educators with the planning of presentations and career programs; and to attract, inspire and engage promising individuals into the accounting profession.

The Accounting Pipeline Initiatives Committee is chaired by Shay Blanchette, CPA, of Babson College., and Cassandra Palencia, CPA, of BDO USA, P.C., It is a perfect fit for campus recruiters and members of academia.
