IRS publishes its fiscal year 2023 Financial Report; receives award for 2022 report

Featuring October DOR revenue collections, the House passing a $2.8 billion supplemental budget that would enable the Commonwealth to close out FY23 and more.

The Commonwealth’s Department of Revenue (DOR) announced that revenue collections for October 2023 totaled $2.558 billion, $186 million or 6.8% below the state’s benchmark. The number is $196 million or 8.3% more than collections were for this time last year.  

Taxpayers are now able to digitally submit all correspondence and responses to notices three months ahead of schedule; New and improved Where's My Refund? tool will launch in Filing Season 2024

Clean vehicle sellers and dealers should register with Energy Credits Online; register by Dec. 1, 2023 to ensure Jan. 1 availability
