Responding to a Notice of Intent to Assess – Information Request

DOR began sending out Notices of Intent to Assess-Information Request for 2019 tax returns several weeks ago. They understand that some taxpayers may now be having difficulty responding as a result of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and will therefore delay taking any immediate action due to lack of a response.
