Joe Raycraft, Webster Bank

Joe Raycraft works for the U.S. Small Business Administration as Export Finance Manager for the New England Region and is part of SBA’s Office of International Trade. Joe joined SBA in 2020 after more than 20 years working in commercial lending and international banking. As Export Finance Manager, Joe works to promote SBA export loans and working capital lines of credit through direct outreach to SBA partner lender banks, small business exporters and SBA resource partners. Joe brings more than 25 years of private sector business experience, including international roles in the areas of manufacturing, commercial finance and banking. Most recently, Joe worked at a Connecticut Community Bank where he supported small businesses. Joe earned his B.S. Finance from Babson College and M.A. International Affairs from Ohio University and he served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic.

Kathleen Kelly, Webster Bank

Kathleen Kelly is an SVP, SBA Relationship Manager at Webster Bank in Boston, lending in all of New England and New York. Kathleen has been with Webster bank for 7 years, but has been involved in SBA lending for 22+ years at various banking institutions, offering the gamut of SBA programs for different business needs. Kathleen was awarded the SBA’s Financial Services Champion for Massachusetts and New England. Kathleen is a graduate of University of Massachusetts with an MBA and Northeastern University with a BS in business administration.
