LOOKING TO TRANSITION A SMALL FIRM OVER 2-3 YEARS

Looking to transition out of a very small practice over two or three years with a small firm. About 100 individuals and 30 business, trust and NFP clients. Billings range from $75,000 to $80,000. Many individuals are retirees. Most clients have been with me for many years. Prefer to transfer non-business individuals initially and transition from the businesses (trusts, NFP’s) after over a couple of years. Mostly Mass. tax returns but 10% out of state and less than 10 multi-state. Great majority of work is remote. In person contact with clients, when necessary, on Zoom. Use Intuit’s Pro Series. Should be able to transfer files easily from Pro Series to same or adaptable software.
