Our HR Hotline is 100% confidential.
The HR Hotline is only to be used by members in charge of HR and/or firm or company decision makers.
Calls up to 30 minutes in duration are free to MassCPAs' members. If the question does not require research and it is 30 minutes or less, an answer is provided. If it the question requires more time, information is provided with guidance on next steps. The member can choose to contract with our HR expert or find another resource. If the member contracts with our expert, we do not receive any referral fee.
