Accounting Career Exploratory (ACE) Leadership Program
The ACE Leadership Program (formerly known as ACAP) is a free one-week, non-residency college and career readiness program for underrepresented high school students who are interested in learning more about a career in accounting and business. The program offers a diverse set of learning experiences including panel discussions, interactive exercises, field trips and guest lectures from area business and government professionals. An entrepreneurial case competition is woven into the session schedule, culminating in a group presentation to a panel of judges made up of MassCPAs leadership and firm representatives. After completing the program, the Foundation supports a series of activities to continue to provide students with career advice, mentorship and internship opportunities, and financial assistance.
