Overview
This facilitated discussion goes beyond a lecture on ethical principles – it includes case studies that offer participants "real-time" practice in resolving dilemmas, with participants sharpening their critical thinking skills.
Highlights
• When to turn an off-target decision by a teammate into a teaching moment rather than a difficult situation.
• Practicing critical thinking skills under tight time frames and high standards.
• Having the courage to act properly when deadlines and decisions collide, even when it means standing up for and communicating organizational values to your boss.
• Resolving ethical dilemmas requires dealing with two competing values fairly and consistently.
