CPE Policies
Please contact MassCPAs four business days prior to an event if you'd like to modify or cancel your registration for a full refund. If you are not feeling well on the day of an event, we encourage you to contact MassCPAs for assistance at 617.556.4000 or masscpas@masscpas.org.
No refunds will be made in the case of a no-show registrant, or registrants who have obtained a copy of the materials for the course, including electronic copies. Substitute registrants are welcomed; please contact the Society to notify us of substitute registrations.
MassCPAs accepts registrations through MassCPAs' website and via telephone. Payment must be received to process registration.
MassCPAs members enjoy a significant discount on live CPE offerings. Upon logging into our website, members will see their discounted prices reflected on the CPE listings.
New members may take advantage of discounted prices on all CPE courses taken up to 30 days prior to becoming a member. To receive this refund, please let our membership department know you paid the nonmember rate for CPE courses in the past 30 days.
Online registrations are typically confirmed by email within one business day. Please be sure to update your current email address in your profile to ensure it is sent to the correct address.

In most circumstances, MassCPAs can accommodate walk-in registrations for CPE seminars and conferences. However, due to circumstances that are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee availability for walk-in registrations. Please contact MassCPAs in advance if you are unable to commit to registering for the course to verify tentative space and availability.
If more than five people from one firm/company are registering for a single event, please contact MassCPAs for information on group discounts.
Upon completion of a seminar or conference, participants will receive an evaluation in their email to verify their CPE qualification. Upon completion of the evaluation, MassCPAs will release certificates of completion.
Discounts may not be used in combination with other offers and are limited in nature. Discounts must be requested at the time of registration and may not be applied after registrations are received. Discounts do not apply to nonmember fees or late fees and they may not be used in conjunction with other discounts.
AICPA members in good standing are eligible for a discount of $30 off courses developed by the AICPA. The discount applies only on 8-hour courses developed by the AICPA and is not transferable to other fees or surcharges. Eligible courses are clearly noted.
Most meeting rooms vary in temperature throughout the day. While MassCPAs makes every effort to maintain a comfortable room temperature at our live conferences and seminars, it is best to plan for a variation of room temperatures. Please, dress in layers.
