MetroWest CPA firm providing full range of A+A and tax services, generating revenues in the low $600s, seeks merger or acquisition. Diverse client base located primarily in the Greater Boston area including commercial and non-profits. We use ProFx tax and Engagement. Excellent opportunity for a firm to expand or a CPA to acquire. Depending on work requirements (remote or in-office) staff will remain.  Owner desires partial or full retirement in 2-3 years.
