  1. The best advice you ever got: Read everything you come across.
  2. Your three goals for the year: 1) Work on a website and logo for the firm; 2) Getting special accounting accreditation for Elms; 3) Keep the life balance I have worked for and get outside as much as possible.
  3. If you weren’t doing this… I had a short-lived career as a TV personality and was a Theatre Arts minor in college. I would be doing something creative.
  4. Your favorite blogs/social media accounts you follow: So many dogs, cats, and other animal accounts. A favorite is @thevelvetgentleman which features an adorable distinguished old dachshund but also has very witty captions.
  5. What you do when you’re not at work: Hiking with my dog, Bill, or sitting in a hammock in my yard with the kids.

  7. Where did you go to college? Brandeis University 
  8. What’s your favorite color? Orange
  9. What was the last song you listened to? "Water Me" by Lizzo
  10. What was the last TV show you watched? Good Omens
  11. What was the last movie you saw? Missing Link with my two boys
  12. Do you have any pets? I have a house full with three dogs and two cats: Bill Murray the white pit bull mix, Delilah the blind basset hound, Boogie the grumpy old chihuahua, Keebler the tuxedo kitty, and Gruff the pointed siamese mix. 
  13. Where is your favorite place to vacation? I love adventuring to new places but will always continue to visit Maine. 
  14. What’s your favorite quote? "We are like islands in the sea, separate on the surface but connected in the deep." - William James
  15. Who would you most like to have dinner with someday? Bill Murray (the real one, I have dinner with my dog all the time)
  16. What was your first job? I had three jobs I think everyone should have to do at some point: maintenance crew, retail sales, and waiting tables. Be nice to the people who help you every day, not everyone is!
  17. What’s your favorite food? Tacos
  18. What’s your favorite restaurant? Grasshopper in Allston. I've been a vegan for over 20 years, and I love their appetizers. 
  19. What word do you think you say the most every day? Thanks/thank you 
  20. What is your favorite benefit the MSCPA offers? Volunteer opportunities and encouraging members to give back through nonprofit board or other service.
  21. What organizations do you like to give back to/volunteer for? I am the Board President at Dakin Humane Society and the organization is very close to my heart. They do amazing things daily for animals and people in the community.  
  22. What about accounting excites you the most? Helping small businesses achieve their goals.
