Kellyn Campbell

  1. The best advice I ever got: Don’t try to be anyone but yourself.
  2. My three goals for 2018/2019: Drink more water, listen more, and try something new, both at work and in my personal life.
  3. If I weren’t doing this, I’d…be an FBI agent
  4. My favorite blogs/social media accounts I follow: Anywhere I can read about the New England Patriots
  5. What I do when I’m not at work: Spend time with friends and family, play soccer, and visit new places
  6. Hometown? Wilmington, MA
  7. Where did you go to college? University of Richmond
  8. Who would you want to play you in a movie some day? ME! Is that an option?
  9. What’s your favorite color? Hot pink
  10. What was the last song you listened to? “My Shot” from Hamilton
  11. What was the last book you read? The Power by Naomi Alderman
  12. What was the last TV show you watched? “This is Us”
  13. What was the last movie you saw? “Hocus Pocus” (my Halloween favorite!)
  14. Do you have any pets? What are their names? (send pics!) No pets, sadly – maybe one day!
  15. Where is your favorite place to vacation? Anywhere with family and a beach (which usually means South Shore, MA!)
  16. What’s your favorite quote? “If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way” – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
  17. Who would you most like to have dinner with someday? Emma Watson
  18. What is your favorite benefit the MSCPA offers? Connecting with professionals from other firms – no one understands being an accountant like other accountants!
  19. What organizations do you like to give back to/volunteer for? Wonderfund, Mass Mentoring Partnership, and BUILD Greater Boston
  20. What about accounting excites you the most? I like rules and figuring out how those same rules (or in this case, accounting standards) apply in different situations
  21. What are you doing in November in Haverhill? I am going to be in a community theater production of “Sweeney Todd” with the Pentucket Players
  22. How did you find time to fit the Pentucket Players into your schedule? I have always had a passion for theater but thought enjoying from the audience was my only option after college. At EY, my co-workers and teams encouraged me to exercise my flexibility and so this year, I decided that meant getting back on stage! Come see the show at Haverhill City Hall, 11/16-18!
