About the program:

As part of this peer-led program, we ask that each group meets at least four times: in November, December, late January, and late April. Groups are welcome to add additional meetings or informal gatherings, such as walks or social events, to build even stronger connections. Consistent attendance is important, as it helps build trust and long-lasting relationships within the group.
