AICPA issued a statement regarding the filing of a federal lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The lawsuit challenges
the IRS's new rule regulating tax return preparers.

Edward Snowden,
the former National Security Agency contractor who blew the whistle on the secret surveillance activities being carried out by the federal government,

With the June revenue collections finalized, the DOR reported
that the Commonwealth brought in $23.37 billion in tax revenues in Fiscal Year 2014, $169 million over the revised benchmark.
