Dear Hannah,
We continue to hear about changes regarding vaccine mandates and the impact on employers and staff. Most recently, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) imposing significant new requirements on employers with 100 or more employees regarding COVID-19 vaccination, testing, face coverings, notification and recordkeeping.
Join us next Tuesday, November 16, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., for a free webinar about the ETS and how firms/companies can best prepare. The discussion will be led by Brian Garrett, of counsel at McLane Middleton, Professional Association and attendees will earn one CPE credit.

There are two other deadlines next week that you should be aware of:
- The deadline to enroll in the Pooled Employer Plan (PEP), our new retirement offering, is Monday, November 15.
Please note, this deadline
only
applies to plans starting January 1, 2022. PEP enrollments are accepted on a rolling basis, and you can learn more here.
- Applications for reimbursement to our Virtual Federal Tax Camp must be submitted to the state’s Workforce Training Express Fund by:
