CEO Corner

Dear Hannah,

As you know, MassCPAs relies heavily on feedback from our members, because we want to develop programs and offer benefits that will help you succeed. For years, we’ve been hearing from members, especially at our smaller firms, that they want cost-effective retirement plan options. We put our heads together, did our research, and after much planning, I am proud to announce our new, exclusive retirement plan offering – the Pooled Employer Plan (PEP)

Through this benefit, MassCPAs member firms and companies can take advantage of our “economy of scale” and receive significant cost savings you might not have access to on your own. A few highlights include:
  • Tax benefits for your business and staff
  • Outside administration support via a third-party administrator (TPA)
  • Objective advice and support from a local financial advisor
  • Reduced overall implementation costs and annual administrative expenses
Enroll by November 15 to access these benefits starting January 1, 2022. Our corporate partner, Integrated Retirement Partners, can help you evaluate your options – whether through the PEP or by reviewing your existing retirement plan – to ensure you are maximizing your benefits.

I am thrilled to help our members save on their retirement plans! For more information, please visit our website and check out our podcast with Integrated Retirement Partners.

As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me about other ways MassCPAs can better support you. You can also share your thoughts at our upcoming virtual Listening Tours next Tuesday, October 26 and Wednesday, November 3! Click here for details

Have a great weekend!
