CEO Corner
|
Dear Hannah,
As we look ahead to the fall, the Society wants to make sure we develop programs that our members feel comfortable attending, whether that’s in-person or virtually. Please take this one-question survey to let us know your fall plans.
Your feedback is incredibly helpful to us! We are continuing to monitor COVID-19 and will let you know of any changes to our events.
Also based on member feedback, I am excited to announce we will launch two new committees this fall: Cannabis Committee and Crypto/Blockchain Committee!
The first meeting of the
Cannabis Committee will be held virtually on Friday, September 17, at 8:30 a.m. Join fellow members and Chair Charlotte Cathro, CPA, to discuss topics in the industry and hear from leaders from the Cannabis Control Commission. All members who participated or expressed interest in the Cannabis Networking Group were added to this committee, and we look forward to adding new members to our roster!
You are also invited to join the
Crypto/Blockchain Committee
to network with fellow members and gain insight into these growing technologies. The first meeting will take place virtually this fall, so join now and help shape the direction of this committee!
For details about either the Cannabis Committee or Crypto/Blockchain Committee, please contact Jill Foley at jfoley@mscpaonline.org.
Have a great weekend!
Amy Pitter
