CEO Corner
|
Dear Hannah,
As our fall conferences get underway, I wanted to remind you about a wonderful opportunity to save significant amounts on training costs. The Workforce Training Fund reimburses firms and companies for up to 50% on seminars and conferences – you can train two people for the price of one!
Businesses with 100 or fewer employees that contribute to the Workforce Training Fund are eligible to apply for an Express Grant, and all for-profit companies automatically pay into the fund. All MSCPA live seminars and conferences are eligible for the reimbursement, but your application must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the training. Here are the deadlines to submit your application for our fall conferences:
You can always sign up for our events at any time with the MSCPA, but these are the last days that you will be eligible to be reimbursed through the Workforce Training Fund. To start the application process, click here. You can learn more about the program on our website or by contacting our Vice President of Learning and Development Julia Ekelund at jekelund@mscpaonline.org. I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to save money while developing your staff!
