Human resources (HR) continues to be a need for many of our members, particularly those at smaller firms. As many of you know, the Society partners with Integrated Human Resources to provide members with an HR Hotline – free, 30-minute consultations with an HR professional – but we wanted to expand on this so you can focus on your business, not HR.
I am thrilled to announce MassCPAs members can now work directly with HR experts for additional levels of support through our expanded partnership with Integrated Human Resources! Whether you need to update your employee manual or in-depth HR consulting, members can select the plan that fits the needs of their firms/organizations.
We are offering three plan options:
- Create compliant employer documents (employee manual, WISP, non-disclosure agreements, etc.)
- Annual compliance
- Ongoing HR support available 24/7
For details on each option and pricing, click here.
HR is an important part of success in the complexity of doing business in today’s environment, and we are excited to bring this new benefit to our members at a reduced rate. We are always looking for feedback, so we can additional ways to support you in the years ahead. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me to share your ideas – my (virtual) door is always open.
