Dear Hannah,
You may have noticed a change on our website - the term “CPE”
has been replaced with “Learning and Development.” This was not a change we made casually, rather it reflects a new approach to provide
educational offerings that are customized, relevant and cost effective, and help your business thrive.
Based on your feedback, we are developing our on-site offerings, where courses are customized for and delivered to
your business, so you can train a single team, department or everyone in your organization. With this option, teams learn from real-word,
goal-specific examples based on their unique needs. You provide the space, and we’ll take care of everything else. Many of the topics center on
“soft skills” to help your team deepen their business, communication and leadership skills – essential abilities they need to grow
your business and succeed in their careers.
We are also working to ensure that our material is curated, searchable and reflects the ways our members like to learn. To make our offerings more
cost effective, we recently partnered with the Workforce Training Fund’s Express Fund, so companies with fewer than 100 employees can train two
employees for the price of one! To find out if you qualify, contact Julia Ekelund.
Most importantly, we want to proactively work with you to identify
your needs. Our ERISA Conference this spring came directly from member suggestions – and it was a huge success. We rely on your feedback, so
please contact Julia or me to let us know how we can improve your learning experience.
I look forward to continuing the journey with you! For information about all of our learning and development
opportunities, please visit our website.
