Dear Hannah,
The MSCPA is governed by a Board of Directors who help the staff think through strategic issues and set our direction. Our goal
is to have a Board that reflects the diversity of our membership and the many ways members can engage with the Society – whether it's through
committee involvement or other volunteer work. In selecting a Board, we strive for a balance in terms of demographics, ethnicity, geographic location,
firm size and industry representation.
Generally, Board nominations come from the staff since we're familiar with members who have been involved with the Society, but we want to make sure
we are not overlooking anyone. This year, we are introducing a self-nomination process. The process will open today and run through October 14. To
submit a nomination, click here and complete the online form. Have a great weekend!

The MSCPA has sent letters to the Massachusetts
