One of the most important ways we can fuel the accounting pipeline is to remove barriers from entering the profession, and offering scholarships to accounting students is one way we can help build a diverse talent pool. Many accounting students in Massachusetts are only able to pursue their degrees because of financial support from firms, companies and individuals like you – and the level of need has never been greater. As our Educational Foundation enters a new fundraising year, I’m asking for your support.

The Foundation strives to award scholarships to accounting students from Massachusetts colleges and universities. The scholarship program was founded in 2006, and since that time, it has provided over $1,000,000 in scholarships to deserving students. The Foundation is funded entirely through donations, and we rely in your support to help them move one step closer to achieving their dreams. To learn more about the Foundation, click here.

2018 National MAP Survey - Deadline Extended to 7/31

The 2018 PCPS/CPA.com National MAP Survey is now live! Participate in this survey and see how your firm stacks up with the rest of the profession. The newly redesigned survey analyzes everything from your firm's profitability, to billing rates, to salaries. All respondents will also receive a free personalized summary report. Young Professionals Red Sox Event (8/21)

Join the MSCPA on August 21 to watch the Red Sox vs. the Cleveland Indians. A pre-game gathering will be held at the Baseball Tavern from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

This is a members-only event. You can only register four members per transaction. Tickets are limited and will be in the Right Field Grandstand.

Karter Kup Tennis Tournament (8/23)

Wind up for the Karter Kup Tennis Tournament on the grass courts of the Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, RI! All members and non-members are welcome to play. Sign up as an individual or foursome. This is a fun day on the courts and all levels are encouraged to participate. Email Brendan Sullivan with questions.
