CEO CORNER
Dear
Hannah, It’s been wonderful to see many
of you at the Society’s events and conferences this spring,
and I’m constantly reminded of how outstanding our members are. One of our priorities at the Society is to recognize the accomplishments of our
members, so I wanted to remind you that nominations are open for the 2017 Women to Watch Awards! If you would like to nominate a
colleague or friend for this award, the deadline to submit a nomination is Friday, June 30. We are looking for women who are:
- Role models/mentors;
- Distinguished leaders in her firm/company;
- Committed to her profession;
- Active in
her community; and
- Dedicated
to being her best self – both in and out of the office.
Awards will be given in two categories: Emerging Leaders
(fewer than 15 years of experience) and Experienced Leaders (15 or more years of experience). Winners will be selected by a judging
panel and presented with their award at the MSCPA Women’s
Leadership Summit on Tuesday, November 7. To nominate an outstanding woman, click here. Have a great weekend!
