CEO Corner
Dear INSERT_FIRST_NAME,

Diversity continues to be a hot topic in my conversations with managing partners and leaders at organizations of all sizes. And the message is clear: promoting a more diverse, equitable and inclusive (DEI) work environment isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s a business imperative.

MassCPAs is here to help. Through our partnership with The Diversity Movement, we are offering Customized DEI Team Trainings – programming tailored to your organization, leadership development, small group facilitations and one-on-one coaching. These trainings qualify for reimbursement through the state’s Workforce Training Express Fund – so you can learn from the experts and make impactful change at your workplace at little to no cost! For more information and to get started, please contact Julia Ekelund.

Members also get an exclusive 20% discount for On-Demand courses from The Diversity Movement. Browse their library here (make sure to use code massachusettscpa at checkout).

These trainings are offered year-round, so to our members who are heads down for busy season: we will be ready when you are!

Lastly, MassCPAs is celebrating Black History Month by featuring members on our LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages throughout February. It kicked off this week with Rob Miller, CPA, CFE, managing partner at Stone & Company, LLC, and MassCPAs Board Chair. You can read the full interview here. Make sure to check back throughout the month to learn about your peers!

Have a great weekend!
