CEO Corner

Dear INSERT_FIRST_NAME,
MassCPAs cares about your health and wellness, and we understand that burnout and stress are at an all-time high (busy season doesn’t make it easier!), so we’re here to help. I invite you to join our Destress Series – free webinars to help you find the work-life balance you need and deserve. The series is led by Dr. Margarita Gurri, CSP, who adds humor and wisdom to the quality content she delivers. The first session kicked off this week with members learning how to banish burnout and the skills needed to work well and be happy – even when dealing with COVID-19, fierce competition and ever-changing tax laws. This webinar received rave reviews, and I don’t want you to miss out on the next two sessions: - Boost Performance: Manage Time for Work and Fun (3/17)
REGISTER - Build Communication Strategies: Set Limits, Manage Conflict and Clarify Expectations (4/28) REGISTER
These sessions are free, only available to MassCPAs members as part of your member perks and attendees will earn one CPE credit. I hope you’ll join the next webinar in March! We are always looking for ways to help you learn, connect and prosper in the profession, so if you have ideas for other programs that would be beneficial, please don’t hesitate to reach out. For additional wellness tips, check out this article from MassCPAs member Stephanie Parker, CPA, MSFP. With health and wellness top of mind, I couldn’t sign off for the weekend without acknowledging the current situation in the Ukraine. The events of this past week are being felt around the world, and our thoughts are with all those who are impacted – whether directly or indirectly – and to those with family and friends in the Ukraine.
Take care of yourselves and each other.
