Most firms lack a defined change process, and without a consistent approach, they face confusion, uncertainty and communication challenges. Implementing a structured change approach introduces common language, clear expectations and a more measured pace of change. In this session, you’ll get hands-on experience creating a change management plan tailored to your firm’s culture and style. Starting with a basic template, you’ll build and customize your plan, defining the key elements of a change management plan, with measurable goals, targeted internal communications, and a priority scoring system to make decisions and identify the goals you‘d like to achieve. You’ll come away with a documented change management process to guide your firm toward the future.
